We believe that is more effective, at the city level, eliminating outbreaks and take action on the degradation zones, through support to those who are in direct contact with all the situations of exclusion and poverty that can, if ignored, become explosive.
In particular, we believe urgent to create an alliance between neighborhoods decent people, both Italian and foreign, speaking on three main aspects:
1) knowledge of the phenomena (crime, degradation, fear),
2) public information;
3) modular supervision as needed.
To prevent criminal activities must be ensured at the outset increased socialization in all districts of the city.
To do this we suggest some low-cost interventions Administration:
- support groups for projects of aggregation, neighborhood and social development in Town;
- active involvement of citizens of the neighborhoods in neighborhood associations, to ensure a Most of the territory;
- constant monitoring of high risk areas, also favoring the opening of branches listening to the residents of the neighborhoods, Italian and foreign
- promotion of socio-cultural in spring and summer months involving all areas of the city;
